About Our Tire Shop

Discount Tire is the place to go in Austin for rims and tires. We are on the southbound Interstate 35 frontage road north of Parmer Lane, also accessible from North Lamar Boulevard. Our building (#7) is next to Ho Ho Chinese B.B.Q. Stop in to meet our friendly staff and get your complimentary air pressure check and inspection.

From our three state-of-the-art service bays, experts perform wheel and tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repair. We will get you back on the road safely and quickly!

Enjoy the free Wi-Fi in our showroom while during your service. If you prefer, there are plenty of shopping and food options as well. Food options include Buffalo Wild Wings, Red Robin, and Golden Corral. Shopping options include Walmart Supercenter, Cato, and many others. Plus, Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park is right across the highway!

I've been taking all four of my family's vehicles to Discount Tire for over eight years, and they've consistently earned my business. I keep coming back because of the valuable free services they offer, including tire inflation, tire inspections, and flat tire repairs. The store can get busy during peak hours, so it's a good idea to plan ahead. That said, on my most recent visit, the service was surprisingly fast, and I was back on the road in no time. Overall, I've had a great experience over the years and would definitely recommend Discount Tire for both their service and customer care.

Denzell and Tony helped me get my road hazard warranty replacement sorted out. It was a a straight forward drop off and pickup. They even took the tire from my vehicle and wheeled it back out to me on pick up, I didn't even have to walk in. I'll continue recommending this store to friends and family. Thanks y'all!
