It's the better store in Beaumont. Disappointing experience with Dylin regarding an alignmen that was needed post suspension work on the vehicle. He said the vehicle was put up for an alignment after an R&B and everything was fine on the alignment. I questioned that and asked for a printout and was told there wasn't one and that the alignment was 'good'. I asked if the car had actually been put up on the rack for an alignment and was told 'No'. I reminded him that I needed an alignment for the third time and they proceeded to pull it in and put it on the rack. The printout I was provided afterwards did in fact show my front and rears were out of alignment and needed to be aligned. It was also suggested that whoever did the suspension work (me) should have aligned it (I don't have an alignment machine) after the work was performed. The best thing to do is be honest with the customer if a service wasn't completed and not gaslight them into believing a check was performed when it actually was not.

Jonas has helped me out a lot . Gave me a great price for my 4 tires. It was a lil miss understanding at first . But everything was fixed and smooth . I was in & out . 10/10 definitely coming back

It would be a good idea if they offered something to drink to people who are waiting, or had a machine to buy drinks from.

Everything was great except they left one of my hub caps off . Couldn’t find so he said they would order me one and call when it comes in

I have had great customer service experiences each time I visit this location. The people are kind, helpful and patient. I appreciate all that thy do to help when I need them.
