I was immediately assisted when entering the store. The sales associate was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and was eager to address my needs. The tire requiring repair had a sidewall puncture and could not be repaired. A direct replacement was ordered and was delivered, to the store, and installed by mid-afternoon. The attention given, to my tire problem, was prompt, professional, and courteous. I was totally satisfied with the entire process required to solve my tire issue.

This store has always been top notch. Special shout out to Zachary who truly cares about my tire safety. He has always made my visits more than perfect!

Took my Atlas in at 5:30; right before closing time. Had a nail in my tire and was taken care of immediately! No charge! Out of there in 20 minutes. Great service!

Great store! Very quick! Went in for a flat tire and I decided to replace 2 TPMS that were out. I thought that it would add more time but I was out in 30mins!! Team members were very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend this location!

The store is dated, and the printed advertising is old and worn. TVs in the waiting room would help pass the time and the options of maybe a vending machine would be a nice touch. The waiting room is reminiscent of an emergency room in that all the sales/working techs are all cramped behind a central station inputting information and then they just turn and yell out someone's name. Really, this is 2025. Also, the pricing isn't that competitive so executive management should look at making the experience of buying tires a bit more of an experience that you actually don't detest having to go through.
