I had usually attended but this was the first time in about 2 years because I had a new car of about 2 year ago, Dec 22. I was thankful I remembered the goodness of using Discount Tires. I called ahead and was told could come and they would check to see if it was truly something I needed.

Discount Tire has been our family's go to for tire needs for decades. We continue to be impressed with both their service quality and prices. The Boerne location is quick and delivers high quality service as well!

This place is a clinic in customer service. Toyota Boerne should take notes. Fixed my tire without fanfare and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Toyota Boerne wouldn’t even look at the tire. They insisted they don’t repair, only replace (even though I bought the tires there). Now Discount Tire Boerne will get all my future tire purchases and Cavender or Red McCombs will get all my service and new purchase needs. Service goes a long way and Discount Tire Boerne delivers.

This was an enjoyable if possible experience. First phoned in and Collin helped me. He first quoted a price and my son found a better deal. He agreed to match that deal. We set sn appointment for a few days in the future so they could receive delivery of my 4 tires from Bridgstone.I arrived at my appointed time and encountered a long line of clients but was able to remain patient and soon was addressing Victor who was able to complete the offer. After inspecting my vehicle he directed my car to be sent into the bay and informed me it would be completed within the hour douse I had made a reservation with Collin. It was done within that time frame! Happy with the drive.

Both visits were exceptional!!!!! First—friendly & knowledge of my sales person when I purchased my new tires! Second—rotation, the sales person came out to my car as I parked & the technician updated & informed me. He was so respectful! I did book an appointment both times. Wait time was very reasonable while working on my car. I am there customer!!! No need to go anywhere else!!!!!!!

Excellent experience. I booked an appointment online to inspect a leaking tire. They found a nail and repaired the tire in less than 45 minutes. They didn’t charge for it! I will definitely consider buying tires from Discount Tire in the future.

With my online appointment I was in and out of the store quickly. Staff was very courteous. DT is my go to for all my vehicle tires.

We were in for a tire inspection after having a “low pressure” warning. The staff is always courteous, professional and FAST! We’ve been loyal customers for 2 decades spanning 3 vehicles.

From the manager down every e patience has been good. Very professional, timely and good workmanship. I appreciate the way they operate here.
