The information I received about my tires and their need was extremely helpful. After making my appointment, I was in and out in 20 minutes with tires that are right for my car. The service was smooth, efficient, and I never had to question what was happening because the staff communicated well. I will definitely return to this store.

This visit was to have center caps installed on new vintage wheels I bought from Discount Tire in Brenham. When the wheels were installed a week prior, I was informed that these vintage wheels do not come with center caps. I didn’t even have to ask, the manger told me he would order new caps. The photo of these wheels, both on Discount Tire website as well as the wheel manufacturer website shows center caps. A little misleading, but as always, Discount Tire stepped up with no issues. One of many reasons I have been using Discount Tire for over 40 years. Very easy to deal with and super staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The tires I wanted to purchase were going to have a discount starting the next day according to the young man who helped me. I had to set up another appointment in order to take advantage of the discount, instead of having the tires replaced while I was there. It seems the system wouldn’t apply the discount until the actual start date of the discount. The young man spent quality time with me, looking at other brands that had a current discount, but I didn’t care for them. Nonetheless, I came back to take advantage of the discount for the tires I decided on. My experience in having the new tires put on was great. I was met immediately and within 10 minutes there were a team of four working on replacing the tires. As always with Discount Tire, it was a very pleasurable experience.

This location has been my family’s go-to for tires for over 15 years. The crew is always professional and does great work, but you can also tell that they get along well and have some fun while they work. I’ve always gotten great service here and their work has always been top-notch. I’d trust my vehicle to them any day.
