The service is always top-notch. The staff is always respectful and has a great attitude, and they give you the best recommendations for your vehicle. It's also worth noting that you don't have to spend all day in the store waiting for your car, unlike their competitors.

I ordered rims online, then found out that they didn’t have them as I talk to the sales associate. He explained to me that he could order them and get them in by Friday. So I made an appointment for Saturday morning and as we were finishing up the sale she says we didn’t get the rims you ordered, but we did get these. I agreed to put those on because I was in need of tires and rims for my car but overall dissatisfied but at the end of the day, it’s my fault.

The person who aired my tires up did a fabulous job of informing me of the danger of my tires and the ones on the back needed to be replaced immediately. Then Moris M in the store assisted me as soon as I walked in and helped save me money on the purchase of my tires. They were so quick and I only was there about 15 minutes. I've always gotten great service from Discount Tire.

Moris M and his team were awesome they took care of all my needs. I own a 2025 Hyundai Sonata N Line and him and his team handled it like it was there own personal vehicle and I greatly appreciate that.
