Previous Conroe location was terrible. The salesman said I couldn’t any longer wait to replace tires, even for a few days. What crap. if Goodyear tires are so bad you shouldn’t sell them.

I had a wonderful experience today. I got my tires replaced the begining of last month and thankfully I got the warranty/certificate on them as well. I noticed my tire was staying low for 2 days and decided to give them a call. Jacob was very pleasant on the phone and advised I could come in without an appointment as the day has been slow. I arrived shortly after and only waited maybe 5 minutes top to get started. However everyone working at the desk said hello, it would only be a few minutes or someone would be right with you. Ramon ended up helping me out and he was amazing! Super friendly, looked over the car, each tire, even checking my spare and letting me know I could upgrade my tire to a full size vs doughnut, and helped me pick out new windshield wipers as well. Matthew was mt technician and was just a nice. Let me know I had a nail in the shoulder and they needed to replace it. Jacob took over and got me settled up and ready to go. Doubled checked my warranty and set up a new one as well. I did realize a small mistake that the wipers got skipped but all it took was a short phone call and they got me in right away. Gabriel assisted me that time and had everything swapped in a matter of minutes. I really appreciated that everyone was so nice!

Great Team at the store! It was very busy on the day I visited, but everyone was helped quickly and professionally. I was able to find the right tires that I wanted for my wife's SUV by talking with the representative and working out a different tire size than OEM. It turned out fantastic! Glad I went here to get my tire patched and they did the inspection and patching free of charge. All the staff are assertive and made sure all concerns are addressed.

We showed up with a construction nail in one of our tires. The manager showed us why it couldn’t be repaired. With the wear on all of the tires, we elected to replace all four tires, with one being covered by the warranty we bought earlier. On a Saturday, late morning, drive-up issue with no appointment, we were still in and out in 40 minutes with four new tires! I buy my tires from Discount Tire for this reason…and have for 15+ years.

I have been bringing my vehicles in for over a decade to this store. I had a warning light come on in my dash. Brought car in for tire inflating. Team member let me know there was a nail stuck in it. I asked if they could repair he said no problem. Team had my wife and I on the road in no time. Always appreciate the help at Tire Discount. Especially team SLoop 336 Conroe Tx
