Kyle who attended to me was fantastic. He knew I was from out of town and had a tire puncture. He also knew I previously used Discount Tire but had stopped because of a bad experience in another state. He offered to fix my puncture free of charge hoping that I would do business with Discount Tire again. I really appreciate Kyle's professionalism and generosity. I highly recommend Kyle at the 4040 S Padre Island Dr location.

I had a great experience at this Discount Tire location. The guys were working hard the entire time and made sure my car was finished and back to me as quickly as possible. They were professional, friendly, and kept me updated so I never felt out of the loop. I really appreciated how efficient and helpful they were. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable! I was seen to immediately in the store, and my wait time was faster than quoted. I went in to air up my tires, where they found a screw in one. I was given an appointment immediately, told exactly what information I needed to know, got all my questions answered, and was in and out in about half an hour. I’d definitely recommend this location, though be aware that the air check line can get very long around 5pm on weekdays.

Edward helped me at the tire pressure station and also helped me in the lobby. I felt special because he could have just passed me on to another tech in the lobby but saw they were busy, so he checked me in as well.
