I have always patronized Discount Tire and will continue to do so. I appreciate the air check station outside of building. It was at that moment it was brought to my attention I needed 2 tires. I highly recommend booking an appointment online. I only waited less than a hr. Very short especially for a Monday. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and patient

The person who helped me was awesome, and took care of all my needs! I had 2 tires replaced, and the other to rebalanced, and from the time my car was pulled into the bay for work, it only took the guys 15 minutes to get it all done! I believe that is the fastest I have ever got the tire work done? I have been going to DT since it opened back in the day with my personal, and business vehicles, and will go there tell they close down, hopefully not! They also price match for me, so I don't half to go anywhere else! The only thing I wish they would do is Front End Alignments Also? But if they can pay their bills with just tires, I understand! GREAT JOB GUYS! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Disappointed again. Staff need better management. received a solicitation for detailing service from a person in the shop. They didn’t properly inspect the wheel I asked them to inspect. My tire pressures were wrong and not equal on all tires.

Good experience but was 32° that day and waiting area cold. Hit beverage would have been a rice touch but stayed bundled up and didn’t wait long

Employees were friendly and helpful with customers and knowledgeable at their jobs. I have not had any problems with getting any tire service done on my vehicles at this store. I’m very pleased with the service they provide.

I’m a return coustomer over several years. The coustomer service has always and has been Top Notch at any location I been to . Bur, this location and TEAM went the extra mile to advise me of some issues and with that extra information was beneficial. Even being short handed with service technicians I was taken care of I a timely manner. Keep up the great work ! RC
