New Tires and Wheel Store in Dallas, TX 75243

I was on my way to work traveling on 75 when I heard somthing that sounded like a gunshot...When I arrived at work I got out to see what damage occurred to my truck..The driver side front tire was flat and had I ran over something that made that gunshot sound..I called Discount Tire to let them know I would be coming in morning of Christmas Eve.. My towing service didn't bring the right tools, so they had to dummy plug my tire..I arrived, got check in and they proceeded to work on my truck..The African American young man with braids in his hair who checked me in informed the store doesn't fix dummy plugs and would need to order me a new tire..So the spare was installed and off I, because I had been up since 2 pm the prior day..Once I got home, I called the store back to ask the young man who checked me in, if the work was covered by my plan..He told me yes and then HE MADE MY CHRISTMAS by telling me they had my tire at the store and was mounting it to my rim as we spoke..He ask me if I could comeback they would install it ASAP..Discount Tire saved my bacon and turned lemons into lemonade...I have use the Forest Lane store since I moved to Dallas in 2003 as my go to tire store..As long as own Black Beauty they will ALWAYS BE MY TIRE STORE... Now Get You Some of That!!!

I came in because I thought I just had a flat tire, but the technician informed me that I actually had a nail and I could get it repaired asap. I went inside, checked in, and they were very friendly and professional! They said it would be about 30-45 minutes, but I was out in less than 30!

Good customer service, and never had any issues with their work.

Abel was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and has wonderful customer service skills. I was in and out in a very short time. I appreciated the help and will definitely return to this location because of him.

These guys here are great they truly care about their customers it's tough to overcome as much as they do daily but they so it with a smile it's hard to come by that type of service now
