I entered nervously not knowing the procedure of the tire certificates, but Carson was a great help. He helped me understand how I’d be taken care of depending on the condition of the tire (I had a nail in one). He did also bring up about their other services which was neat. To say the least, it was almost like talking to a friend. Thanks Carson!

It's a 10 mile drive from home. This is the only store I have received the service I expect. Water cooler was low on water. One valve cap was missing on one tire. It was fixed before I left the store.

I've been going to this store for 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. These guys know their tires and they know customer service.

I am a repeat customer. Your staff is always courteous and knowledgeable about your products. I know that if they something has to be done they will always do it properly. The guys doing the work very hard and Discount should be very proud of the staff at this location. I Will be buying my next set of tires at this location later this year.

I have taken advantage of Discount Tires policy to check my tires and handle repair issues without charge. So I have always felt the desire to do purchasing with the store whenever I need a tire or set of tires to show my appreciation for this complementary service

I went in on a Saturday late in the morning needing a tire repair and this location was extremely busy. I was very happy that I was able to wait and have my car returned to me with my tire fixed in only about an hour and a half. The manager who handled my request and the person who fixed my tire were both very courteous, and my tire was repaired at no charge since the tires were purchased from Discount Tires, in fact from this same location. Highly recommend them.
