Very fast service I have been going to them since 2010. They are the best and I would not go anywhere else. Desoto store rocks also very handsome faces to look at when I'm waiting.

I have been a c Customer of discount tire for an extremely long time and my experiences started back when I lived in Georgia and have continued since I moved to Texas. They always acknowledge their customers and let you know that they will be right with you when you enter the store. They never make you feel rushed. They are also very knowledgeable of the tires that they sell, and they don’t make you feel that they’re trying to upsell you. I was able to get a set of four tires for the price of two that Infinity dealership tried to sell me. Also, I like the tire certificates that you can purchase in case you damage your tires.

Over the years the service has declined and the pricing has increased. I have not been happy the last few times, but I have made a decision. This is my last transaction with Discount Tire. I also feel like every encounter is some hustle or upscale. I was told that over time manufactured lugnuts swell and will need to be replaced. I have never in my life heard something so ridiculous. I was shown a heavily damaged lug nut with its grooves hammered flat and advised it was mine and could not be put back on. This seemed to be a lie. I would have thought any damage would signal that both the car owner and associate should view together. It felt as though I was being held hostage and the ransom was purchase new lugnuts.
