What a pleasant change from the old days of Discount Tire. Highly professional, clean and comfortable waiting room, and on the dot with the time my agent told me.

I had an urgent issue, a flat tire I was aware of and on the way to the appointment at the Bryant Irvin location I had another flat tire. I had to go to a different store (on Camp Bowie) because it was closer. I was pleasantly surprised that despite the fact they were busy, I was out with two new tires in about 45 minutes. I have been a Discount Tire customer for over ten years so this was no surprise, I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Thank you for your quality, efficient, service.

I was greeted by Hassam upon entry into the store. He helped me choose my new tires and ensured they were mounted quickly and correctly. Several other employees spoke to me while I waited to ask if I needed any help.

Walked in and was greeted, talked with a service representative and about 40 minutes later I was driving off. Highly recommend making an appointment on line. Definitely saved time for me. This place was busy with a nonstop stream of people in and out.
