Excellent service

I booked an appointment online. I was met when I walked in the door by service agent. He immediately looked at my appointment. He went out and looked at my tires and got information off my car. Came back and did a little research, once the research was complete completed. He showed me the tires that would work on my car. He said it would take 30 to 45 minutes. I told him to proceed. My car was done in the time they told me. It rides great, everyone was very friendly, and helpful.

Wait times even with appointment are excruciating.

I recently visited this place to have the TPMS sensors in my tires replaced, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I had just purchased brand-new wheels two weeks ago, which were shipped to me from across the country in perfect conditions. However, within just a few minutes at this place, the staff damaged them as if they didn’t care or respect that they weren’t their property. Before the service, I specifically told Santiago that I am very particular about my vehicle and asked for my car and wheels to be handled with care to avoid any damage and he looked at me like I was joking or asking for too much. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, they seemed annoyed and proceeded to handle my wheels recklessly and complaining because the wheels were too heavy, resulting in visible damage. Additionally, the customer service was unacceptable. I had to wait five hours to be attended to, even though I arrived before other walk-in customers, who were served before me. The lack of respect for my time and my property was shocking, and this experience was far from what I expected. This experience was completely unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you don’t really care about your car.

Very easy transaction

I had a flat and needed to a new set of tires anyway. The service was fast and easy. I was able to walk-in and did not make an appointment. The tires were comparable to my online research at Costco and Lamb’s. In and out in less than a hour!
