Very easy transaction

I had a flat and needed to a new set of tires anyway. The service was fast and easy. I was able to walk-in and did not make an appointment. The tires were comparable to my online research at Costco and Lamb’s. In and out in less than a hour!

Every one works hard to satisfy the customers.

I've been going to the Georgetown store for years and am extremely impressed with the willingness to take care of issues when I've come in at closing or after, and they have taken care of me. I love this place! I don't go anywhere else for tires or tire service.

I don’t recommend this store because it’s not professional.

Another customer pickup up my tire & rim by mistake. No quality control. The sales associate had to call them and had them bring my tire back to me. This took around 45 minutes. Once I received my tire it had the long valve stem. I and previously ask the assoc if they would put on the shorter stem. I asked them to changed the stem which now took even longer. I was griping about it and the store employee snapped at me scolding me for "going on to much about it". Well I'm sorry and excuse me I was not very happy. Very rude of him, I just needed to vent. Well he changed out the stem and then I asked him if the tire was rebalanced? He said no because the tire was not taken off the rim. I asked that he rebalance the tire and he was visibly mad about it glaring at me. He then rebalanced the tire and I watched from outside. He did move/hammer on the weights which I'm assuming that ment it was out of balance. Very poor overall experience.

Employees are very attentive. It’s a busy store, with good sales. Made me feel like, I got white glove experience. Amazing work

Always courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, communication is excellent! I always appreciate the tire air pressure service no matter what weather conditions are!!
