I had my tires rotated and balanced front to back. I left the store and after 10 miles I’d driving the low tire light came on. I have to return the vehicle back to the store to determine the cause of the problem. Most likely the sensor on one of the tires got broken. Just annoying that I have to return to get it fixed.

They left my car running for 3 hrs. They were only supposed to mount a brand new spare for me, the spare that came with my car (2012 Mercedes E63). I walked next door for lunch, and received a call that they were unable to mount my spare due to it being a rear tire. The user manual states that it can be mounted at all 4 corners. I returned to my car to find that my car had been running since they asked for my keys to check the mileage. I, myself, changed the spare in their parking lot using their jack. I had to drive to McKinney to retrieve a set of tires at NTB - National Tire Battery. That was a success.
