I live in Killeen, but I love to go to the Harker Height’s Discount Tires, because it offered the best customer service, faster service, and they are very professional and keep you updated on what they are doing or find wrong with your tires, they are the best, Killeen discount tires take to long and a waste of my time, just by something simple like just going to put air on your tires it takes forever, I got out of my line and went to complain at the front desk because they need to open at least two lines but it was just one. They didn’t care at all.

Employees were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Wait time wasn’t bad either.

I have had an account with a discount tire for quite a few years now, and bought several sets of tires, I bought a new car a year and a half ago and haven’t needed to use discount tire till just the other day but I knew the dealership would not honor my contract so I came to discount thank you so much Thank you

I chose this store even though there are at least two other if not three closer Discount Tire locations. I like the friendliness and effort demonstrated to take care of the customer. Sylvester is easy to work with and ensures great customer service.

Quick & friendly service. Honestly my only complaint is their parking lot is a bit cramped. But that’s got nothing to do with the business. They took care of my car quickly and had me out in roughly an hour. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and smiled.

It was a very pleasant experience. I do recommend the online purchase and appointment if possible. I'm sure that was a big factor in the expediency of service.

The salesman that helped me check in and book service was so nice and kind! He was very patient with me and my one year old. He explained everything to me and made sure I was aware of how the process works. He checked on me and my son while waiting and let me know how things are going with my car and how much longer it would be. Everyone was so positive and kept smiles on their faces. They are very organized, clean and very much so a team! Highly recommend them.

Having to spend money sucks. But, when the service and people treat you well, it doesn't hurt too much. My truck looks great and she's happy. Win win, thank you!
