About Our Tire Shop

If you need assistance with rims and tires, go to Discount Tire in the Willowbrook area of Houston. We’re located between Cutten Road and Highway 249 (Tomball Parkway) on FM 1960 (Cypress Creek Parkway) at Willow Centre Drive. Come in for a complimentary air pressure check and inspection.

We take pride in our friendly, excited staff and large variety of wheels and tires in stock. If we do not have your choice in stock, we can order for you and be sure to deliver the best customer service experience possible.

Our three state-of-the-art service bays are staffed to handle your wheel and tire services, including wheel and tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repair. We also have a large, easy-access parking lot, perfect for trailers and larger vehicles! Watch us service your vehicle from our showroom while you enjoy free Wi-Fi.

Our store shares a parking lot with Big Lots, Sherwin Williams, and East Star Chinese Buffet. We are directly across the street from Best Buy, and we are close to Papasito’s, Papadeaux, Whataburger, and Chick-fil-A.

We are also just walking distance from Willowbrook Mall. The mall consists of Dillard’s, JCPenny, Hot Topic, Bath & Body Works, Apple, Nordstrom’s Rack, Old Navy, and more!

We accept walk-ins or you can schedule an appointment for your convenience.

From the counter staff to the crew that removed my old tires and installed the new tires, everyone was extremely professional and courteous. They all seemed to be genuinely focused on providing the customer with the best possible experience. The installation crew even suggested ways I could improve the appearance of my vehicle. I only wish I could remember their names so I could compliment them as individuals. I had a good experience with this staff.

We got there on a Saturday morning about 10:30. We were greeted very nicely and professionally. We were quoted on a price for 2 tires as we had just previously purchased 2, also purchased 2 wiper blades which were the top of the line which I had already purchased previously and they are the best in my opinion. We were in and out of there in probably 30 minutes. You guys are the best!!

Recently, I was at Discount Tire replacing two tires for my Mercedes-Benz SL550. Upon arrival ,within a few second I spoke to the Manager Mr. Jonathan , he listened and provided a technical explanation regarding possible issues with the vehicle ride. Eventually, tires were ordered and replaced with no hassle , the following day. This was a super positive experience for me and I appreciate Mr. Jonathan's Professional Management and the support I received from him including the staff. I recommend Discount Tire to all, their great customer relations is second to none.
