Excellent Customer Service!!!

The service was quick and the pricing was good. My only concern is the tire size I received. The new tires look much shorter and after a long drive, the ride doesn’t feel the same. The steering wheel feels like it’s wandering, and the car pulls and vibrates a little. I wish I had been able to better discuss tire size options before installation.

I buy all my tires from Discount Tire. The service here was excellent, just like other locations.

Great experience. Dillon was friendly, knowledgeable. I was out the door as promised within the hour. Also did a price match for me!

Dylan was very helpful in helping me get the right tires for my car. He made me feel like a star. As soon as I walked into the store I had a positive feeling in my core.

Mr. John Wayner was awesome, he greeted me as I entered the store, he asked if I could be of assistance and he escorted me out to my vehicle to conduct a check of my tires. Mr. Wayner assisted me with selecting the proper tire that was best for my vehicle. Mr. Wayner went the process step by step and asked if I had any questions before the transaction was completed. While I was waiting in the lobby, Mr. Wayner provided a bottle of cold water. It’s employees like Mr. John Wayner that made my experience AWESOME.

I like this store in particular because they have a big parking lot and is always very clean, also the guys that work at this location they are very knowledgeable about taking care of your car. I would recommend this to anyone that need help or even an answer about tires.

After the service was completed I left with a scratched up driver side front rim and that was upsetting.

My technician was great. Knowledgeable and checked all the bells and whistles. I suggest you make an appointment. It is much quicker. I was done in About 30 minutes. I was very pleased with my installation of 4 tires. I always come to discount tire for all my vehicles.
