I had an excellent experience at Discount Tire on Briar Forest, and the credits goes to the assistant manager. He took the time to carefully review the full history of my tires and thoroughly inspected each tire on my car instead of rushing through the process. I really appreciated how detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and honest he was while explaining the condition of the tires and the best options moving forward. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with genuine customer care, and his attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence in the service. The inspection was thorough, transparent, and handled with great care. Outstanding customer service and a great example of how a tire shop should treat its customers. Highly recommend this location because of the quality service I received.
