No hard sale - rather, he professionally presented me with information and answered all my questions for me to make my decision. And, based on his knowledge, I was comfortable with my decision. I am very unhappy with the wheels and tires installed on my car. They were not a proper fit for my car, and they don't feel right when I drive. I really hope Tino, Manuel, and some of the other employees will be able to rectify my situation.
