I went in for a scheduled tire rotation at 4:00pm. I waited about 6 mins in line to check in. Gentleman went to do their safety check, came in and gave me the update, then told me he would get my car in. I was able to track the process of this through the text I received. Showed my estimated completion would be at 4:55. I was out approximately 4:35z. Pretty quick and they were super busy

Took my truck in on Monday morning at 08:30 to get new tires installed. I did not make an appointment as I had tire questions to ask before purchasing. I was processed promptly and my tire installation (4 ea. plus a spare) was completed in <1-1/2 hours - stellar considering the store was packed to the max on Monday morning. Tire tech was extremely proficient and excellent to deal with. I only buy my tires from Discount as their service is the best around.

I made an appt online to make sure the tires I wanted were in stock, paid for my tires before I arrived and everything went smoothly!

I highly recommend this Discount Tires in Atascocita! Javier provided exceptional customer service! He was honest, and thorough. Javier listened rather than just trying to sell me something.

On a Thursday afternoon, I purchased 4 new tires online. The tires were not at the Atascocita store but nearby, showed they would be at the Atascocita store the next day (Friday). However, the earliest online appointment day/time available was Saturday at 10:00AM. I was hoping to get the tires Friday, but I reluctantly made the appointment just to be safe. I then called Discount Tire and spoke with Javier, I told him about my online tire purchase and the online schedule. Javier said if the tires arrive early enough Friday and they can squeeze me in, he will call me. Sure enough, Friday at 10:00 AM, Jason calls me, said "tires are here, come on in". I arrived about 11:00AM, Shane meet me coming in the door, within a few minutes, he had pulled up my online stuff and printed out the work order/ticket. He said "be about 30, maybe 45 minutes". I happily took a seat. After about 35 minutes, one of the pit crew (sorry, didn't get his name) came in and told me the tires were on and they would be pulling the SUV around in a few minutes. Needless to say, I was very pleased and grateful for the extra effort the Atascocita DT Team put forth to get me down the road a day earlier than scheduled. I must admit....I have grown to expect great service from this bunch....think this was the 5th set of tires purchased from Atascocita DT...I won't go anywhere else.
