I've been a DT customer for many years and have visited many store across the state. I was a little hesitant, due to the few bad reviews left on this location, but I believe it's more about setting proper expectations with the store and the associate setting them with you. I always ask detailed questions and receive details answers. I had my wife's vehicle tires rotated and since I was in the store, I scheduled my F350 Dually for a rotation of the wheels and tires that were installed by DT. I arrived at the store and they told me it would take a little longer for my rotation as they didn't realize my truck had upgraded wheels and tires. Again, real expectations, so I was fine with the wait. The associate did a great job of keeping me up to date on the progress. Everything went well and not a scratch on my wheels. They went as far as letting me know that I should call in to ensure they have the balancing beads next time, to ensure they don't waste my time. Educated and honest information along with quality work. For the first two visits at this store, I would say that nis exactly what I received. I will continue to visit this location if the service continues to be at this level. Nice work DT!

I was at the shop early on a Saturday morning, and they took my truck before 8am and rotated and balanced my tires, checked my spare in less than 30 minutes! They are fast and friendly.

I was happy with salesman very nice and professional I was disappointed that you all didn’t have nitrogen but I hope I can be happy with air in my tires.

The guys were very friendly and helpful. I was updated during my stay and felt the guys were there to get my tires corrected to the right wear patterns.

I used the website to order my tires and make an appointment for replacement. I put in the notes that I couldn't find a proper spare tire, and someone from the company called me to help me out with that. When I arrived for my appointment I was able to get all 5 tires handled at once. I did not know the store offered wiper blades as well, so I allowed them to install those as another business up the road had done a poor job with my wipers previously. Employees are friendly and seem nice. I had no issues, but this was a straight forward full tire replacement job due to the age of my tires. I would not expect an issue in this scenario.
