Truly a great experience from start to finish.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Discount Tire location. I made an appointment online for 12:30 PM because my truck was showing a low tire pressure warning on the dashboard. I arrived on time and understood there could be some waiting involved, but I did not leave until approximately 2:15 PM. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication and follow-through. Around 1:30 PM, my truck was returned to me with the exact same tire warning still showing on the dashboard. The employee who brought it back stated that the tire had not been fully checked. At that point, I was confused about what work, if any, had actually been completed. After continuing to wait, I noticed my truck sitting in the service area for an extended period without anyone working on it. I eventually had to walk into the shop myself to ask what was going on. No one could clearly explain the issue with my tire, tell me who was working on my vehicle, or provide an update on the status of the repair. The biggest issue was not the tire itself—it was the lack of communication, organization, and customer service. I had an appointment, yet spent nearly two hours waiting without updates and had to repeatedly ask for information about my own vehicle. This was my second visit to this location, and unfortunately it was a very poor experience. I left feeling frustrated and inconvenienced, and I hope improvements can be made in communication, appointment management, and customer service.

Maybe my timing was lucky on a Saturday afternoon but serviced and on my way in less than 45 minutes is still excellent.

Great! Only complaint is the valve stem covers were all different and one was totally missing.
