Maybe my timing was lucky on a Saturday afternoon but serviced and on my way in less than 45 minutes is still excellent.

Great! Only complaint is the valve stem covers were all different and one was totally missing.

Ordered my tires online and booked next day appointment. I was called later in the day and informed my tires had arrived. The store was extremely busy but the guys up front were quoting walk-ins a roughly 2 hour time to completion. I thought that was pretty impressive. I dropped my truck off, the associate called me a few minutes later regarding my spare. Offered to swap it out with one of the better tires they were replacing. They worked quick and were very friendly. Definitely will return when needed.

I’m concerned that the salesman seemed more focused on making a profit than addressing my concerns. He misquoted the price for a tire change, and I had to go online to Discount Tire to verify the actual service cost before informing him that I had purchased my tires elsewhere. This experience did not feel transparent or customer-focused.

Hunter immediately greeted me at 7:58 am and was very helpful. Once we were at my truck I knew he had vehicle knowledge, which I couldn’t ask for anything more knowing he would take care of my wheels. Once inside Cody gave me updates regarding my vehicles progress at least four times. I have been using Discount Tire since its conception and this is now my best experience with the company. If ordering tires - check to be sure they arrived before you travel to the location! Mine weren’t there and no one called. Wasted trip and have to come back later when they arrive!

They could not properly add air to my tires or balance my tires. Had to deal with a rushed and not correctly worked on tire after being serviced and waiting for two hours.
