The associates at the store are extremely knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with. They greeted each customer who came the door regardless of how busy they were and this made the mood so light for even the most frustrated customers who were dreading the wait to have their issue handled. From the smile and acknowledgement, to the quick and complete service, these folks are doing things right!

Always have had good service from this location (20 years). But my new set of tires (Bridgestone) were almost two years old prior to installation, I think that is too much aging for a new set of tires.

Amazing experience! I’m not originally from the area and have a person back home that deals with my tires. So I was skeptical about going somewhere new. The gentleman that helped me was so helpful! Went through the options with me and even noticed I needed a new back windshield wiper that I had been meaning to replace but kept forgetting to order. He told me they could do it for me and just like that he set everything up for me. When paying I had forgotten my card had a limit but thankfully I was able to split the payment between two cards without any issues. Left my car while I ran errands with a friend. They told me my car would be ready for pick up in a bit over an hour but there was no rush as long as I got there before closing. I received a message not long after that my car was ready sooner than expected! I finished my errands a couple hours later and went to pick up my car. It was a great experience and I am definitely a customer for life now!
