Came in for a rotate and balance and left in under a hour. The customer service was excellent and every employee was so attentive to every single customer even though it was extremely busy. Will definitely come back to this location from now on.

I have always been treated fair and in a professional manner. The only suggestion I have is to make it easier for customers with an appointment not to have to wait in the same line with everyone else which causes your appointment to look like you were late checking in.

I bought my latest set of tires from this store. They always offer good deals and a fair price. My latest visit was unexpected and unscheduled. I was running errands when my low tire pressure warning light came on. Since there hadn't been a change in temperature, I figured I had a nail or something in my tire. Thus, I showed up without an appointment and was told it would be an hour and a half wait. I said OK because I needed to get this taken care of. The repaired my tire and got me back on the road in less than an hour! I am always impressed with their customer service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They are my go to for all my tire needs.

I went in to get a patch on the rear driver side tire due to a nail being stuck in the tire. Was told the tire’s tread was too low to repair so I had to get a new time. They replaced the rear passenger tire. When I noticed the mistake I called and they told me to come in the next day. They wanted me to pay for another new tire! They never admitted that they replaced the wrong tire, but they did replace the tire with the nail in it with a used tire for free. If you are getting new tires at this location, double check that you are getting the correct tire replaced!
