I made my appointment on line and on the day of, I received a text message requesting when I was on my way. When I arrived I was requested to say that I was here. There was obviously a line, that was being worked by one individual. I waited approximately 10-15 until it was my turn and he noticed that I had checked it. It took approximately 15 minutes for my truck to be pulled into the bay. The work that was being done was balance and rotation. The associate performing the work informed me that my spare tire was 10 years old and recommended that I should think about getting a new one. He also informed me that all 4 of my tire pressure sensors then handed me over to another associate when then gave me a quote. The experience was fine. I have a strong vibration, which appears to be coming from the rear right. I will have to go back in to see if the rear right tire needs to be rebalanced again.

Completely satisfied with the service at Discount Tire today. I have been a longtime customer and have been particularly happy with the Leander store experience.
