I ordered four tires online, but made no time/date reservation. I called next morning, a Monday, and was asked if I could bring car in at noon! Jacob met me at door, offered a seat, took keys and I received prompt tire replacement! No additional paperwork, no extra questions since I’d completed all online. Very pleased with both this store and it’s personnel

I was in the Leander store for a flat repair. The repair technician did an outstanding job with my flat repair. The flat was repaired and he also replaced the valve stem and balance the wheel. I cannot recommend this store anymore. 2 hr waits for a tire rotation WITH AN APPOINTMENT have become the norm…they just have too many customers (and it’s not just this location). I’ve spent $~2500 here this year and wouldn’t do it again. I’m shopping for a new tire place.

Best Discount Tire I have used over a 30 year period. I never even go anywhere else anymore.

It was a busy Sat morn, was checked in in about 10 minutes. Told it would take an hour to install the four tires I had purchased thru their website, it took 39 minutes. Saw the in store ad for wiper blades, but was never asked about my wipers, proof noone's perfect.
