Michael did a fantastic job! He should genuine care and thought outside of the box for a solution. He offered different options for a discontinued tire for my vehicle. Thank you Mike, I really appreciated how you took the time to help me resolve my situation.

A great experience at this store will never go back to the one on 19th. The guy didn't want to fix my tire that I knew had a nail in it. But this discount store customer service was amazing and I appreciate all there help.

Alazae was friendly and knew the answers to all my questions. She was clear and thorough and did not make me feel she was in a hurry and was able to make me sure that I could be comfortable leaving my car. I appreciate how much care she took in making me feel heard and addressing my needs. Jeremy the manager was also very friendly. My experience was a 10 out of 10>

Almost always a positive experience. (Years ago, an employee was not nice, and I've never forgotten it, but that was then and this is now.)

Initial sales associate not knowledgeable enough for the job , wasted my time.

Today was smooth.

I scheduled an appointment for a tire inspection as I was having a slow leak. Mike was very helpful is letting me know the status of my tires, wiper blades and lug nuts. I left my vehicle and he later called me to inform me that my tires had been repaired improperly and they could not repair it. He also said that they were not allowed to put my tire back on my vehicle for safety and liability reasons. He said they could put the spare tire on and I told him I didn’t want to mess with putting it back on. He offered to put a replacement tire on my vehicle as they would rather give me a tire than have me drive unsafely. This was only after I told him that I was not confident buying tires from discount tire. He then proceeded to make me feel guilty about having to give me a tire so I told him just to put the spare tire back on. I took my vehicle to the dealership where I had the tire repaired and explained to them what Discount Tire had told me. He later called me and told me that the technician found that the patch was not leaking and that it had been repaired properly. He the proceeded to tell me that they found a nail in the tire and had repaired it. I have lost confidence in Discount Tire because they could not even diagnose and take care of a simple problem. This situation could have been avoided had it been done properly the first time.
