We have been going to Discount Tires for years and will continue to do so because of their excellent service.

It was great just don’t like hidden charges

All the employees that were working when I came in with a request for flat tire repair were very nice and very professional. That is why I purchase all of my tire needs through Discount Tire.

I just like going there, I trust the people and they are not super expensive

I think her name was Emery, she was really nice and I think she will be a great asset in the future. She needs to learn how to ask qualifying questions as she asked me what brand I liked and immediately jumped to the cheapest set (or possibly just the first) on the list. She didn't explain anything about the tires or ask if I wanted those, she just told me the out the door price for a set of tires. Aaron, possibly a trainer or even a manager, rudely interjected a few times when she was speaking to me. They had to get tires from the local warehouse, and she said it wouldn't cost anything up front. When I started to leave, due to the wait time on the tires, he demanded I pay "half" in order to get them, but then didnt even charge me half so it felt subjective to what I actually had to pay up front, if I really did at all. When I got back, 40 minutes later, tires still hasn't arrived so I left the car. Came back nearly 2 hours later, car hadn't moved from the parking lot. Walked in and spoke with a different guy to find out how much longer, tires still hadn't arrived but were "10 minutes away". Tires arrive, guy gets them on my car immediately, which I do appreciate, and while they're working on my car, same guy asked me to pay. No sorry about the wait (the girl did say sorry while I was waiting), no offer to reconcile the inconvenience, not even a thank you for coming in. Just pay and the car should be ready soon. I knew I shouldn't have gone back to this store. It's been years since my last visit and that one they curb checked my rims without any apology or anything. Guess this store has a it's your problem policy. I'll keep going to 82nd where they know what customer service looks like.

Everybody in the store was just amazing! They were above and beyond what they should have. Cannot complain at all. Store manager is this amazing. And all the employees that he has there that I’ve dealt with we’re just exceptional.
