If you’re a BMW or any luxury/performance car owner, avoid this Discount Tire at all costs. I brought my M4 in on Wednesday for a simple tire replacement and was told the new tire would arrive Friday morning. Not only did they never update me, but it took three separate calls just to get someone to confirm whether the tire had even shown up — which it had earlier that day, and nobody bothered to let me know. The communication here is genuinely terrible. My car sat on their lot with zero urgency, zero updates, and zero priority. If I hadn’t called myself, my car would probably still be sitting untouched. For a shop that deals with higher-end vehicles, this level of service is unacceptable. When i was finally able to get my car, there were black marks and dirt all over my previously clean luxury white interior. I never leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel like other BMW/luxury owners need the warning.
