I have been going to this company and this store for a very long time. They have always done a great job and usually very efficiently.

Huge shoutout to Cody at Discount Tire for the amazing service! I was dealing with a TPMS malfunction on my BMW 5 Series and couldn’t figure out the issue. Cody took the time to properly diagnose the problem, found the exact cause, and fixed it quickly. He saved me from an expensive trip to the dealership and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Super knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Highly recommend asking for Cody if you need tire service!

Zach was awesome and answered all my questions and even helped me in making a decision on what tires would work best for my situation. Overall the store was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed getting to watch my vehicle get worked on through the viewing area. The techs were very careful with the car and you could tell they cared and were trained. A great experience overall!

Buying tires at this store was a great experience. We booked online, then followed up the next day to confirm when the tires were available. All staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I only get my tires at this Discount location in Mckinney. Always great and fast and accurate! And, I cannot stress enough that, doing appointments and purchasing the tires online if you are able, will shorten your wait time immensely!

I believe the gentlemen I spoke to originally when I called was named Lance. I explained I just purchased a new 2025 Mach E and already got a screw in the tire and was able to plug it. However, my EV does not come with a spare so I needed to get just one new tire as the tires only had 800 miles total on them. The problem was they were Bridgestone A/S 02's 225 55R19's and I called my dealership and they did not even have them in stock nor did any other Ford dealership around. I was shocked and quite upset. How do you sell a brand new vehicle and don't even carry the tires in stock that are on the vehicles you are selling???? I would have to purchase 2 new tires (additional expense) and they only had Michelin's so I would also have mismatched tires which is probably ok but I literally just purchased this vehicle. Lance checked his warehouse and told me they are on back order and out of stock. I expressed my frustration with Ford and he said wait a minute, let me check this one other warehouse and put me on hold. He then got back on the phone and said GOOD NEWS, IT WILL BE HERE TODAY BY 3:30!! I was shocked and thrilled. I scheduled the appt, had the new tire installed and was on my way a happy camper!!! Great experience!!

The staff was helpful and friendly. I had no appointment because my car trouble was unexpected that day, but they were able to fix my tire and I didn’t mind the one hour wait because they were busy and they have WiFi in their store so I could just work on my laptop in the meantime. I was very surprised that I was not charged for fixing the punctured tire, especially since this was my first visit with them. I‘ll definitely go back for other services in the future.
