Made online appointment; when I arrived I was met in parking lot and directed to move vehicle directly into bay. Within 5 minutes of arrival wheels were removed and new tires waiting. Great staff, very professional and very quick. Highly recommend.

I've used Discount Tire for many years and have always been satisfied with the service. I had a flat tire that was too old to be repaired and so replaced it with a new one. I have two other tires on the car that are the same age. All three had plenty of tread left. I only replaced the one, but asked if they'd let me know if it was a nail or something else. I had to ask twice. The answer I got was there was no tread on the tire, that it was worn down to the belt, which I know it wasn't. I looked at it before they replaced it. I was hoping to make a better determination as to the condition of the other two tires based on the one that was replaced. I would have preferred that they simply told me they didn't look.
