The store was very busy, but the staff took time with each customer at the counter with each customer to answer questions and help them to the best of their knowlege.

Great service

Went to get a flat fixed and tire rotation, got my flat fixed. But tire rotation wasn’t done, went back in the store talked to salesperson about the rotation. He didn’t know if it had been done. Salesperson went to ask service technician about it, was told it hasn’t been done. They put my dually back in one of the bays to get tire rotation done, it took another hour and a half to get it done. Had to talk to another salesperson to find out how much longer it would be before my truck was done. The reason I had to ask another salesperson was because the original salesperson just left for lunch without an explanation on the service being done to my vehicle.

Very efficient. I recommend ordering and purchasing your tires online if you know what tires you need. Worked very well for me.

Always very professional and helpful at this store

The reason I'm going to this store is have life time balance and rotate. But we don't seem to be able to balance. We can't show the customer the equipment used for checking tire run out (I doubt seriously they have any). Tacos were good at Rosas...

Over all great experience service was quick and efficient
