I would like to recognize Sean (didn't get his last name) but he went above and beyond and exceeded all of my expectations! Sean was kind, knowledgeable, and professional, while remaining patient and is an expert at multitasking, handling other customer questions while getting me taken care of. I hope that Sean sticks around in Midlothian for a while, but in my opinion he should be recognized as a top employee and promoted ahead of peers. This man not only recommended the best tires I've ever driven on, but he did a lot of it without even looking at the computer. That was impressive, because that tells me he loves what he does, pays attention to detail, and could sell igloos to Eskimos.
