About Our Tire Shop

Welcome to Discount Tire in New Braunfels, Texas! Rims and tires are our specialties. We are located on the frontage road of Interstate 35 North, just north of Texas Highway 46 West next Home Depot. Come on in for a complimentary air pressure check and inspection.

We look forward to assisting you! We have nearly 60 parking spots at our location, plus the adjoining lot from Home Depot, so there is plenty of room to park and stage trailers and large vehicles.

With a commitment to world-class customer service, our experts perform precision work in our six service bays. Services include wheel and tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repair. We’ll work to get your vehicle back on the road as soon as possible. In the meantime, enjoy free Wi-Fi in our showroom.

If you get hungry, we are near Peter Piper Pizza, Chili’s, Taco Palenque, Denny’s, Olive Garden, and Buffalo Wild Wings.

They team were great feom the time I entered the store to the time I left. I couldn't have asked for a nicer group of people. Very professional at the front desk and Technician who came out to look at my car was professional and very polite. Took the time to go over everything with me.

I used your stores in Las Vegas before I moved to Texas. The weather conditions are somewhat similar. The Las Vegas stores have sunscreens in the showrooms blocking the intense sun shining through the massive glass windows. Also they offer free refrigerated was for customers. Your store offers neither and is worth consideration.

I scheduled an appointment and prepaid to have new tires installed on my car for Saturday, November 30th. On your website, I designated my son to bring in the vehicle and have the tires installed. I provided his name and cell phone number as requested. Both my son and I received reminders about the appointment from Discount Tire. On the day of the appointment, my son arrived on time but was informed that the tires I had purchased were not available. The sales associate convinced him to accept a different set of tires that were in stock. My son then waited for three hours before asking about the status of the vehicle. Apparently, only my cell phone received a text notification that the car was ready; my son never received any update. While I have consistently had positive experiences with Discount Tire in the past, this recent experience fell far short of expectations.

Store was being remodeled but the waiting and sales areas in Connex were set up great, clean. There was no bottled water like normal. Sales person was great. The tires were changed in less than an hour.
