Second time customer here. Always good prices and speedy service.

Had a lot of trouble with one tire that turned out to be out of round which was ultimately replaced by Michelin. Took multiple visits and time to get that resolved and a phone call to Michelin. However technicians at Discount tire were great.

I have been customer of Discount Tire for a couple of decades. I have always found the employees to be knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. I have commented to others about the quality of the employees and found that they have the same experience. I always go to Discount Tire for their products.

We needed 4 new tires. We called another location first to see how long it would take for us to get served. They were not backed up to much, but we called the other location anyway to see if it was even quicker. David took our call and his professionalism and enthusiasm in making a new customer was so impressive, we went to his location. He helped us, was very knowledgeable, and made us feel like we were really in good hands. If you go to this store, I recommend David to help you! Professionalism is rare these days.

I always get helped out by Forest. Him and the entire team are very helpful, skilled, knowledgeable, quick, and provide a friendly, easy going environment. I live in San Marcos, but this New Braunfels location has been my new home store. I always have a great experience, from start to finish and I will continue to do my business with them. Thank you guys for your service! Your hard work and welcoming personalities don’t go unnoticed and are very much appreciated. :)

Professional staff! They have helped us with 4 family cars (2 were ours). We trust the work and the staff. If you can make an appointment, it will save you time. The only complaints we have heard were people that came in without appointments and became frustrated because things took too long. It takes what it takes. We have been customers for 10+years. The staff has always been great to us. We recommend discount tires.

Tires needed replacement, and the task was done quickly that same day.

I set up an appointment online, but did not receive a confirmation. When I arrived at the store there was no record of the appointment. If using this appointment feature, make certain you do receive a confirmation or call the store directly to make certain that your appointment is accurately recorded.

Although service was great, I don’t appreciate being told I need 4 new tires when my vehicle only had 35k miles. When I just wanted my tire patched I was advised to get all 4 new tires. Then I said I only wanted one, then was advised to at least get two new ones. I caved and did it since I was driving 4 hours north that day. I don’t think people should be pushed to purchase more just because it benefits the sales associate.

Seth was wonderful. Checked me in quickly and provided me with an accurate estimated service time. Very friendly staff! Pleasant place to wait, sip complimentary cold bottled water and get caught up on email. My truck was serviced and ready earlier than estimated. I have purchased tires here before and certainly will again
