I visited the store to have two tires replaced. After arriving home from picking up the vehicle, I noticed the store put on the wrong tires. I went back to the store the very next morning, explained what happened, and showed the receipt for the tires I ordered. The store associates were extremely understanding, apologetic and helpful with resolving the issue immediately. They ended up replacing all four of my tires at no additional cost to me and no long wait time. Overall, I am very pleased with this location and customer service. Marvin and Garrett provided phenomenal customer service and professionalism. I deducted one star for the initial mishap with placing the wrong tires on my vehicle.

I have been going to Discount tire for over 20 years. This store on the loop is outstanding! A 100% difference from the discount tire at 1312 I-35S. Recommend changing store like I did. No more delays, attitude or fibs!

My sales associate Cade was wonderful to work with. Found me a comparable tire to match my 3 other tires, and for a very affordable price, including a tire warranty. I was able to buy warranties for my other 3 tires, and Cade instructed the tire tech to put my oldest tire in my trunk as my spare. I was able to hit the road that night for my Thanksgiving trip with confidence.

The staff at this store is excellent. They meet you at the door and then they make you feel like they value your business. Chase is a stand out. He called me to offer me an earlier time than I had booked on line and was very helpful while I was there. Other businesses would benefit from the way Discount Tires handles their customers.
