Bought new tires online with a great discount. Brought my vehicle in first thing in the morning when I had a noon appointment. I was told it would be around 40 minutes. By the time my wife and I got in the door back home my vehicle was already ready! Extremely impressed with the whole experience!

Most recent experience included installation of 4 new tires on my Carbon Fiber Wheels which required a complex and time consuming installation process. Performed FLAWLESSLY, extremely professional job, with wheels and tires installed perfectly. Fabulous work/job and will gladly go back for all my vehicles tires requirements/needs. This Discount Tire Store will always have my current and future tire/wheel business!

Be prepared for aggressive sales pressure

I've been going to the Discount Tire Store at 8632 Davis Blvd in North Richland Hills for years. It's always the same: PERFECT! I most recently visited on 4/10/2024 to get my tires checked and rotated for FREE. Jacob welcomed me immediately as I walked in and offered to help me. He was professional, courteous, and friendly, and he explained what would be done and the time frame that would be involved. As always, the store itself was neat and clean, and I had a pleasant time reading while I waited. Another team member checked with me during my wait to tell me about the progress on my car and approximately how much longer it'd be until it was ready. Of course, I also received texts advising me of the status of the progress. Jacob's time estimate was spot on. He thanked me for coming in, and I was able to drive away having experienced another satisfying experience at Discount Tire Store!
