I go to this location which is further from my home than another location because I’m always treated with respect and kindness. The staff is honest and trustworthy. The store is clean and comfortable. The wait times are efficient especially if you make an appointment online. Cade has been my service person the last few times and he’s always greeted me quickly and politely. He truly listens to my problem and then offers me all my options without being pushy. He’s pretty accurate with estimated wait time too. Thank you to the whole team for taking good care of customers.

I walked in maybe a little after noon to see about purchasing some front tires. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by an associate and then Chad came up to me to assist with my vehicle. He was very polite & helpful with acknowledging what I needed. He also suggested a tire rotation which I had no idea it was free. I would like to say I was there no longer than 30 minutes and then me & my son were off to enjoy the rest of the day. I’d definitely recommend this place.

I booked a 10am appointment for balance and rotate, made sure I arrived at least 15/20 minutes early, was checked in, i looked at the link and it Stated that my vehicle would be ready by 10:50 am . they never moved my vehicle in until 10:55. so my gripe is why make a 10am appointment arrive early and then seem as though they are taking big money customers ahead of you. Not happy with this experience
