Excellent experience. Went to the store immediately after discovering a tire was losing air due to a large nail without calling ahead.. The repair was made in approximately 45 minutes, free of charge, as I had purchased the tires there, but 6 years ago. I will definitely purchase all tires there in the future.

I have been a customer of this store for the past 15 years and I always receive good service but this time it was not like that, my tire had a nail and the person who helped me saw the nail and said that the tire could be fixed but it would take 2-3 hours that they would call me when it was ready to which I said that was fine so my daughter came to pick me up (I live 5 minutes away from the store) after 3 hours of not receiving a call from the store I went and when I arrived they told me that they called me (I have not changed my phone numbers for the past 18 years) and that the tire did not have a nail they looked on the passenger side when the nail was in the driver side tire when they discovered their mistake they said they would fix it in less than 20 minutes, they did but then when I got home the same tire showed that it was low on pressure, because they were in a hurry they did not take the time to check the pressure of my tires a little disappointed with the service this time I hope the next experience is better than this time

Great service, was met before entering the store, and the tire rotation and balance took about 15 min, glad made the appointment on line and showed up few minutes early. Great job guys!

First time at this location and we really liked how fast everything was. We made the appointment online but realized we ordered the wrong tires. They were able to get the correct size and had them in stock. We mainly came to this location because we also needed a wheel alignment so we were able to get that done as well. Service was extremely fast and we left super happy. The employees were super helpful and communicated throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend coming here.
