I arrived with a tire in a dangerous situation close to closing time. I was assured that my personal safety was top priority. My tire was replaced sooner than the quoted wait time. The entire staff was kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

My experience was a quick turnaround of 30 minutes or less to have all 5 tires inspected, inflated to correct pressure, and rotated.. (included the full size spare.) Employees are alway courteous, professional and efficient

I purchased my last set of tires at this store based on my husband's recommendation and experience at this store. I have been very pleased with my tire purchase and the balance/rotation service that I've received since. Each visit has been a positive experience.

I heard a light clinging sound as I drive and it took me a couple of days to figure out that my front tire was tearing apart. I dashed to the Discount tire as gentlemen are always friendly, caring and helpful there. After inspection, I was told that the second front tire was about to fall apart, too. We worked out the best prices for my car and now I feel safe on the road. I got a windshield wipers consultation, too. I highly appreciate great service!

You indicated that you are not very likely to recommend Discount Tire to a friend or family member. Please tell us why not. Detail Strength I was on a road trip, and scheduled an appointment and came in to get a tire repaired under warranty. It took me 10+ minutes of discussion for the associate to agree to do that. Although the tires had adequate tread life as confirmed before my trip, the associate tried to convince me that at least 2 and possibly 4 of the tires needed immediate replacement. He also told me if they could not repair the tire he would not release MY car back to me, as he could not allow me to take the car if it was unsafe. He also refused to put the unused compact spare tire on, as a tempory solution as it's OEM and more than 10 years old. Eventually he said they would look at the tire, and if they could not repair they would leave the nail in the tire and return it to me. As I only had a slow leak I agreed to this. The actual workers were able to patch the tire under warranty, and the person who returned my keys to me said the tire was fine and was not at end of life. I understand that the front office are supposed to upsell as much as possible, but this was bordering on coercion. All I wanted was a hassle-free tire repair, and I ended up with a negative hard-sell frustrating experience . I ave used Discount tires for several vehicles in the past, and I expect the 'up-sell everything' approach, but this is the last straw for me.
