New Tires and Wheel Store in Plano, TX 75075

I needed new windshield wipers, and I knew that Discount Tire sold and installed windshield wipers as well as tires. I walked into this location in Plano and an associate who had helped me with tires sometime ago sold and installed the wipers for me this visit, and he was excellent!

The Staff were all very courteous and professional. I made my appointment online which was very convenient. They checked my tire pressure sensors upon arrival, changed the faulty ones, and I was on my way out in under an hour. Very pleased!

Jonathan was quick to help me and provide an instant vibe that I had made the right decision to come to Discount Tire again. I like the location near 15th and always had a good experience. They also do not try to upsell you on items you don't need like alignments, windshield wiper blades etc.

Returned to get tire pressure monitor reprogrammed. Store mgr did that for me. He was very knowledgeable about this and fixed my issue. I had 3 TPM stems replaced the day before and apparently the programming didn't work the first time.

I would like to give feedback on two individuals, Gabriel and Garrett. I've dealt with Garrett before. He is always professional and this visit was no exception. Great experience with him as he sold me the tires and put them aside, since I wasn't able to get them installed immediately. When I came to have the tires installed, Garrett waited on me since Gabriel was off that day. Garrett is EXTREMELY thorough and a very precise individual. He went through the entire installation process with me, since I purchased new Toyota OEM wheels that the new tires were going to be installed on. Even the installers were great! They were able to tell that I was extremely picky and they exercised caution when installing the new tires. Extremely pleased with this visit and built my confidence in this shop. Great Location and very friendly & helpful staff. Garrett was amazing in explaining me the process and helped me pick the right tires for my car based on my needs and usage. Had my car ready in less time than quoted and also checked my viper blades. Overall, Garrett made my experience great with offering deal on installation fees and kept is pocket friendly.
