Though there were lots of customers when I arrived, the store associate told me when I could come back to turn in keys and not have to wait in-store. They were also quite quick and helpful at the appointment time, and the guy that pulled up my car offered to open the door since by then my child was asleep in my arms. Everyone was very courteous and organized. I would come here again!

It took a long time before I finally got to talk to someone. I kept being told “I’ll be right with you.” from 5 or 6 different guys. But the tech who finally helped me was great.

Rude, condescending salesmen that don't know what they're doing and make it their mission to overcharge people, especially women for tires. After they have your money, they basically ignore you and lie to get you to purchase expensive tires. I will PAY another automotive tire store to rotate and balance my tires before I take any of my cars back to these horrible, rude people. Buyer beware. They WILL lie to you about the condition of your tires. Never again will I step foot through their doors.
