About Our Tire Shop

Need rims or tires? Serving Plano, Cross Creek, Collin County, Allen, Lucas, Wylie, Parker, and Fairview, Discount Tire will get you taken care of! We are located on Spring Creek Parkway at Chase Oaks Boulevard/Premier Drive, just west of Central Expressway (U.S. Highway 75). Find us across from Walmart, between Racetrac and Chase Bank.

Our clean store and facilities sit on a large, easily accessible parking lot. Stop by for complimentary air pressure checks that can be completed while you wait in the comfort of your car.

We have the newest state-of-the-art equipment in our eight service bays to safely service your vehicle and quickly get you back on the road. Our precision services include wheel and tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repair.

Watch your service and help yourself to free Wi-Fi in the waiting area of our showroom. If you prefer, there are plenty of places to visit around our shop, including Ranch Market, Lowe’s, and others. If you get hungry, check out Sonic, Sichuanese Cuisine, Chick n’ Straws, Fish House Family Cuisine, Focus Barbecue, and more!

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. The Customer Service Representative was very personable. He checked out my issue, determining what needed to be done. I asked if I could also have my tires rotated and balanced while I was there and he stated it would not be an issue. He also checked out my windshield wipers and recommended I have them replaced due to their condition. He gave me an expected wait time and he invited me to wait in the lobby. My tire was repaired, tires rotated and balanced along with the new windshield wipers installed and I was on my way home in no time at all. Thanks for your great customer service!

Ezekiel Z Pastor did an outstanding job of taking care of me. He had the spare tire cover fixed which got damaged during my previous visit. He also had spare tire replaced of the same size, free of cost to me. I just had to pay for the labor. That was pleasant surprise to me. Thank you Ezekiel and Discount Tire Company for outstanding service.
