YALL! Dalton was a gem! I can not say enough good things about this transaction. As a mother helping a daughter to secure tires, service and the best bang for her buck without having her out a vehicle for days....this was it. They answered ALL of my 47 million questions, guided us to the best solution and had her vehicle takin care of so quickly! We will forever use them now, with ALL of ours and our children's vehicles. I was met by a sales person as I was getting out of my truck. We had a short conversation on the tires I wanted. He said it was a popular tire and should have it in stock. I asked if I should wait or make an appointment for a later time. He said he could have it done in an hour. Sure enough I was driving out 55 minutes later. One of the main reasons I like Discount Tire is the number of locations. If something went wrong with a tire while out of town, I would be able to find a Discount Tire nearby.

You made an error and n my BMW by putting a wrong tire sensor in my tire and never admitted you made an error even with overwhelming evidence.

Convenient location with plenty of techs to get things done in a timely manner. The store front could use a little care with cleanliness and wait area up dates. Now the parking lot….it had more road hazards than all of I-10. It could use some love, not the best impression when see the very reason you’re there laying around the parking lot. Great service team and willingness to work with and satisfy your requests. As an auto enthusiast, that’s more important than anything.
