Experts in our six state-of-the-art service bays handle wheel and tire services, including installation, rotation, balancing, and repair. We even install 17.5" and 19.5" tire sizes at this location to be your one stop tire shop. Watch us service your vehicle from our showroom while you enjoy free Wi-Fi.

When you have an 8 am appointment and the store opens at 8 am, I should not have to wait on the early birds that just show up. My tire was ordered the day prior. I was notified it was in that evening. So I was to be the first in and out. Needless to say that did Not happen. As many vehicles I have outfitted by Discount this is not good customer service. If I make an in store appointment then it should be honored, Not Ignored.

My Family have been Customers of Discount Tire since 1999 and will always do our Tire business with Discount Tire!!! The staff is very nice and knowledgeable!!! I have never had a bad experience with Discount Tire!!! To sum it up, in this day and time customer service isn't what it used to be in my opinion, but Discount Tire has never wavered from taking care of their customers!!!

The employees here are so welcoming and knowledgeable. They are patient and kind to everyone, even each other. On my last visit, I saw an associate take a second of his time to show a customer how to use the coffee machine because he happen to notice the guy was having issues. The associate did it with such patience and kindness and a smile. It was awesome to see. Not only are they kind but they're extremely knowledgeable. The gentleman who seems to be the manager is phenomenal and full of knowledge. This store just has a great atmosphere and I've enjoyed every visit solely because of how awesome the staff is!

The crew is not there for customer service. They are there to try and upsale you. Once you pay you are no longer important to them, they have your money and keys so sit and wait. They do not care
