Very clean, fast paced environment. Talked to the manager on our way out which turned out he helped us a few days before order my tired before arrival and he was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge!

I was overall satisfied with my experience as witnessed by the amount of money I spend with Discount Tire however, I did not receive a military discount. When i questioned it I was told I hav to do it online even though I did an online verification of my military service.

Went in for tire repair. Well aware of my tires conditions (tread ware/age) Technician's opinion was perfectly aligned with mine( 2 due for replacement soon, 2 could wait a little longer). Pleased with courtesy and vehicle ready when promised.

Steven and his team are always professional and knowledgeable. I have been using the Portland store for 4 years and have never had a bad experience. Steven the Manager is always there to meet the customers and is hands on in the store he always has a smile and makes you feel welcome at the store. He should train all the managers for the stores.
