About Our Tire Shop

Visit Discount Tire in the Northshore area of Portland, Texas, for your new rims and tires. Our store is located on U.S. Highway 181 just south of Buddy Ganem Drive/Broadway Boulevard, near Northshore Country Club and Simpson Park.

Been a DT customer for well over 30 years. Hands down the best tire service available. Portland has been managed very well ever since it opened, and I remain a faithful customer here. I always recommend Steven and Portland Discount Tire to anyone in the area, whether living here, or just visiting and having an issue with tires.

It would be helpful if the website also published the mounting, tire disposal, warranty, and estimated taxes so the consumer has a better picture of the total cost, not just the purchase price of the tires.

I booked my appointment and bought my tires online. It was easy and so much better than just walking in. I was told my wait time would be around 30 to 35 minutes, I was done in 20.
