Everyone at Discount Tires is courteous and efficient every time. They always go above and beyond no matter what I need. I have never been disappointed in any of my experiences with this company over the many years I have been purchasing and maintaining my tires with them.

I have been going to this store since 2019/20 and they have been consistent in their professionalism and great customer service. I would recomend this store to anyone.

The tire certs are pure gold in uptown north dallas given the construction.

My experience was just alright. The gentleman that helped me tried to sell me new tires even though I told him my tires were less than 9 months old. He also wanted me to get new windshield wipers I wasn’t interested in buying new wiper blades

This was the best experience I have had in a long time buying tires. The employees were friendly, not pushy to buy more and very knowledgeable. The whole process was quick and easy. The store was very clean and the wait time was NOTHING. Very well managed store. Thank you!

I was in and out quickly with my online appointment to fix a nail in my tire.

No impressed with the young man who helped my son when he came in. Son said he felt like the employee treated him like he knew nothing. Then my intraction with the employee over the phone was less than stellar, especially when he tried to explain why a set of 50K mile tires were worn out after 11k miles.

I would recommend this store, but if you are really OCD about your vehicle, and you need a new set of tires, just take off the wheels at home and bring them to the store with another car. My gas tank skid plate was partially crushed because they used it as a pick up point for the lift. I don't know why they didn't check where the lift would pick up my SUV from, but now I have to remove the skid plate and either fix it or replace it. At the very least, I need to paint over the part where it was crushed so that it doesn't rust one day.
