I have been a Discount Tire customer for decades. After having a flat, I needed both rear tires replaced. I ordered a pair online & set up an installation appt at my local Rosenberg store. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately & was informed that the tires I ordered were not delivered as promised. I was given an upgraded model at no extra charge to me! The installation took less than 30 minutes. Every employee I spoke with was polite, respectful, & knowledgeable. Because of this type of excellent customer service - both from the staff as well as receiving the upgraded tires - I will be a Discount Tire customer for life.

I didn’t like the 6 year limit on tires. I’ve been buying tires from Discount Tire for years, now I’ll be limited to the times to bring my vehicles for service if my tires exceed the 6 year limits. I like to keep my tires in good condition as long as I possibly can.

I walked in and was told the wait for my tire rotation was going to be an hour and 45 minutes. A little over an hour later and it was done. I appreciate the tracker and the text message notification so I knew when to go up to the counter to get my car.

Great assistance, wonderful knowledge on services. Was greeted and helped in a prompt matter. Didn't really know about all the services that this place does offer. But now that I know, I will be going back soon. Replaced all 4 tires and got them balanced for a great rate. THANKS TO EVERYONE WORKING, Keep up the good work!

I ordered a tire in the store. Told by an associate that it will arrive on 8/10. Went back in the store on 8/12 for installation of a single tire. Paid for for it on the same day. I waited that day for almost 1 hr and 30 mins, and I was just told by an associate that the tire that I paid was lost and they can’t install it. They need to order it again. That was a waste of my time. Paying for a good that was not even available, took them forever to tell me that the tire was missing. They cound had told me ahead of time, so I wont be waiting for too long. Worse experience ever with discount tire.

Love the professionalism from the staff. My service consultant was helpful, courteous and informative.
