I had a salesman greet me in the parking lot! Now that’s great customer service! He explained the problem with my tires and I purchased the tires he recommended. My wait time was minimal. I definitely recommend the Discount Tire Store in Rowlett Texas. A 10/10 experience.

Complete ineptitude on trying to get a tire/rim dropped off for flat tire replacement. Drop off ok, but 3 days later when tire finally arrived at store, it was a cluster trying to find out if tire had/hadn't arrived, was it mounted or not mounted, was it ready or not ready. after 4 hours and multiple phone calls and 1.5 hours in store we finally left with tire/rim mounted on car. Fubar.
