Great overall experience. I have visited this location multiple times and it has been a pleasant experience each time. The Staff is very courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend an online appt as it has proven to shorten my wait time each time I have an appt previously booked. The online booking tool is easy to use and makes the whole process much smoother.

This was my first visit to this location, and it was great experience. The waiting time was short, the shop was welcoming, and Pedro was thorough, professional and transparent throughout the inspection. I initially visited the DeZavala & I10 location, where I felt pressured to replace my Michelin tires even though they still measured in the "green" tread-depth range. I was also advised against rotating my tires, which did not align with what I expected for routine maintenance. At the Bandera & 1604 location, I received an honest assessment with no pressure to purchase tires that weren't yet needed. That level of integrity earned my trust, and this is the location I'll return to when it truly is time for a new set of tires.

Simply the best! I have been going here for years for several cars, and have always received the best customer service imaginable! I trust them as they do excellent work, and they've always taken great care of my entire family. There is no reason to go elsewhere!

Terrible experience from the start. Why book an appointment on line when it really doesn't help in any way. I have bought tires and rims for all three vehicles. I will close my credit card with discount tire.

To make an appointment online to just come in and wait in line to be seen is self defeating. Everything went well just get tired of my wheel weights spin off once I get on the road only to have to come back for the same thing. It’s very frustrating.

This is the only store I buy my tires because the service is excellent, the employees are very helpful and do their best to make sure your needs are met

Professional and Knowledgeable

Marc is awesome! He was very hopeful when I called and didn’t understand a whole lot. He answered all of my questions, he was patient and made it easier when heading to the shop. Excellent customer service was provided at this location!
