Manny is the absolute best — truly one of a kind. I would follow him wherever he goes. His customer service is unmatched, his knowledge is exceptional, and his communication skills are second to none. He consistently goes above and beyond, and anyone who has the chance to work with him is better for it.

Daniel was great. We booked online and were helped immediately. Wait time was long. But they are located in a shopping center so we shopped whole they worked. Price was good too.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and how quick they changed my new tires, once I selected them. I selected the ones that the saleperson recommended for my car. They also recommended new windshield wipers and I decided to have them changed. I also bought the 6 years plan to cover my tires in case anything happened to my new tires. I out of there within 30 to 40 minutes. I was so happy. I was able to keep my lunch date with my friends. Even my sons were surprised at how quick I out and was on my way to meet up with my friends to have lunch. Yeah!! I was a happy lady. Thank you for your help and expertise.

I had a good experience overall at Discount Tire. All of the associates I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The tire service itself was excellent—they got the job done efficiently and everything went smoothly on that end. However, the service was a bit mixed. I also paid to have new windshield wipers installed, but unfortunately, I didn’t realize until I was halfway home (a 30-minute drive) that they hadn't been installed. I had to make the trip all the way back just to have the wipers put on, which was frustrating. That said, when I returned, the team quickly addressed the issue and got the wipers installed without any hassle. I appreciate their professionalism and how they handled the mistake, but I do hope more attention to detail is given in the future to avoid this kind of inconvenience.

I love this store it seems nails tend to find my tires and they always assist with getting me back on the road. They can be busy so try making an appointment if at all possible or just be patient seems running over nails is common in SA
