Everyone one was very helpful and polite. I realized by making an appointment seems to help and makes your wait time much shorter. I highly recommend getting an appointment time.

New tires in Dec 2024, 1 constantly leaked air, returned to store, tire checked, consensus was weather related,( 4 new tires bought ONLY 1 is reacting to weather??) 4 mo later ( tire continues with slow leak) I take off tire check for leak, I found bulge in sidewall and tiny leak on inside of tire bead seal along the rim. Returned to Discount, Bulge confirmed, Discount Tire Warranty covered the replacement. I requested that the bead seal area on the rim be cleaned and inspected with new tire installation, so far so good. Bothers me that the leak was not found first time around. Ive used Discount Tire for years, and will continue. Their (add on) tire warranty is a must since manufacturers warranty are very limited.

I called into the store at 8:02am and the store just opened at 8:00am. I was greeted feeling welcomed by representative Brayden. He took the time to hear the reason for my call and to go over the best option for me. I went into the store and before I could even get to the front door Brayden approached me to greet me. He got me taken care of and I was in and out the store in a total of 45 min. Just exceptional service from start to finish. I know Brayden is apart of a larger team and kudos to the team because in order to be able to have an experience like that, everyone in the store needs to be doing their job and it shows that they do and that they do a great job too. I’ll be back forsure.
