New Tires and Wheel Store in Sugar Land, TX 77498

Jandy Pineda, handled my visit with outstanding customer service. We had just moved back to Sugar Land area in last month. My wife's car seemed to have a slow leak in the left rear tire. The tires were still the factory tires. He had the leak fixed and rotated the tires for no charge. He checked my purchase records and saw that I had purchased tires in this store 8 years ago before we moved away and had recently purchased Michelin tires for my truck at a location we had moved from in Lufkin. That is why I use Discount Tire

I want to say that the service here is usually great, and that’s exactly why this situation is so disappointing. Unfortunately, someone stole the phone holder from my Tesla Model Y while it was at the store. Honestly, this is shocking and extremely frustrating. I never imagined something like this could happen at a reputable place like Discount Tire. Customers trust that their vehicles and belongings will be safe while they are being serviced, and this experience has seriously shaken that trust. I truly hope the store takes this matter seriously and looks into what happened so that other customers do not have to go through the same situation.

He took the time to educate me on what was going on with my tires and answered every question without rushing. His attentiveness and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier. Lillian was my sales person, she exhibited professionalism, knowledge and understanding of my dilemma and got me what I needed quickly and efficiently. She offered options and listened to my concerns and advised me accordingly! Which was greatly appreciated during that time as I was emotionally upset as my wheels and tires had been stolen and being 67 years old that was a nightmare!! But she came through and worked with me patiently and with understanding.. I’d recommend her to family and friends!
